Shipping

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

• Lebanon — 1–3 business days
• Europe & UK — 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada — 7–14 business days
• Rest of world — 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Lebanon may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You can return an unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and which pieces you'd like to return, and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo within 30 days and we'll put it right.
